Returns are only accepted for incorrect merchandise, or damages. 

Returns must be authorized by calling 1-888-855-5950, x.129 or x.118. 

At the time of approval, an RA number will be issued to you. 

All returns, other than incorrect merchandise, or damages, will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
